The first release from the umatic label are two live performances of improvised music originated from umatic‘s first event in march 2004. The event consisted of several audio-visual performances based on fresh collaborations between umatic members and invited artists.

Track 01 is based on feedback processes where Bas van Koolwijk and Christian Toonk exchange each others sound to create a dense interrelated field of slowly moving patterns.
Track 02 is a collaboration between Yannick Dauby and Jeff Carey [aka 87Central].
